For over 40 years, Mike Hamill, the owner of Tsawwassen Springs Fitness, has been a strong fitness presence on the West Coast and has created dozens of fitness facilities – some of you may even remember his very first gym, Olympic Fitness.  He is renowned for his contributions to the athletes of the 2010 Winter Olympics.

Now, Mike and his team have focused their attention on this brand new elite training facility. With a million dollar view of the golf course, outdoor ice rink and the exceptional scenery of the snow-capped North Shore mountains, the setting will immediately overwhelm you.  Tsawwassen Springs Fitness is a true demonstration of what modern day fitness can be.
