Construction Update
We are pleased to say that 80% of our Phase 3 Condo building homeowners have received their orientation, and would like to welcome all of the homeowners who have picked up (and are currently picking up) their keys to Tsawwassen Springs!
While move in’s continue in the Phase 3 Condo building, the Phase 4 Condo building is also making great progress. We have completed framing up to third floor in the Phase 4 Condo building, and have now started to sheet the roof on the west side.
Over on the Bare Land Strata side, we have completed framing the Phase 7 golf course Houses. Roof trusses are in progress at the second block of houses in this phase.
