Construction Update
In the Phase 4 Condo building, the insulation and drywall is complete in the mechanical room. Preparation for the aluminum windows is also complete, and the aluminum window installation is 40% finished. The vinyl window installation and the roof are both more than halfway complete.
In our Phase 7 Bare Land Strata Houses, we will have two more houses turned over by the end of the month. There’s all but three houses left to frame, roofing will follow.
