October Construction Update
Construction wise, the last phase of Houses at Tsawwassen Springs, have been moving along quite nicely. 13 of our 27 Houses are finished and move in ready!! And keys have been handed over to 6 Homeowners!! Construction is carrying on with the build out of the balance of the Houses; including masonry work on the exterior of the homes.
