To improve overall cardiovascular health, we suggest at least 150 minutes/week of moderate exercise or 75 minutes a week of vigorous exercise (or a combination of both).
Try 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week!
Too busy? Divide your time into 10-15 minutes segments throughout the day and you will still experience benefits!
High Blood Pressure or Cholesterol?
40 minutes of aerobic exercise (moderate – vigorous intensity) 3-4 times a week can lower your risk of heart attack and stroke!
