The MELT Hand and Foot Treatment is a gentle self-treatment that creates whole-body results by treating the hands and the feet. These simple self-care techniques provide relief from neck and low back pain, arthritis, bunions, plantar fasciitis, and carpal tunnel syndrome.  Improve flexibility, balance, and posture as you reduce everyday aches and pains. Discover how to make your body feel better and stay active and pain-free for a lifetime.
Cost: $130+ gst (includes customized Ball Kit)

With meditation you can reduce anxiety, improve sleep, relieve pain, strengthen immunity, increase circulation and mobility, improve memory, quiet your mind, focus better, lower blood pressure and so much more…

FASCIA AND MELT METHOD CLASSES
Keeping your fascia/connective tissue healthy means you can say “good-bye” to aches and pains, move with ease and feel better in your body.  Classes in the MELT Method and Fascial Conditioning can be done as drop-ins or part of your weekly self-care regime.
