Phase 4 Bare Land Strata Construction Update
We’ve made rapid progress on the exterior of the homes closest to Springs Boulevard. For these first few houses furthest north of Phase 4, siding and exterior masonry installation is complete, HRV installation is complete, and exterior painting is in progress. As we move south down the road, framing inspections are in progress, as well as rough in gas, plumbing and electrical work are in progress. For the Phase 4 Houses closer towards the golf course, foundation constructions are complete with ongoing city inspections occurring. Please see below for progress photos.
