1. JUMPSTART FOR GOLFERS – NOW is the time to get in shape for golf.

Golf and Pilates share the same basic principles: flexibility, rotation, and core and gluteal strength. For golfers looking to stay healthy on the greens, Pilates is the ideal golfing partner. While the golf-pro corrects swings and takes strokes off a player’s game, the Pilates specialist can improve a golfer’s performance, stamina and stability. These changes can help clients drive the ball farther and avoid the sand-trap of fatigue and injury.

JUMPSTART FOR GOLFERS PROGRAM

  • 4 one on one sessions
  • Postural/ functional and golf screens assessment
  • Golf specific exercises that focus on body mechanics for a great swing
  • Personalized exercises that address results from the assessment

2. HEALTHY BACK PROGRAM

If you are suffering from back, hip, neck or shoulder pain, then our Healthy Back Program could be your answer.

Getting “core” strong, releasing tight muscles and restoring proper posture and alignment is will get you back doing the things you love and will compliment your physiotherapy or chiropractic treatments.

Step 1

Completion of the Jumpstart Program (4 one on one sessions, functional/postural assessment)

Step 2

Healthy Back program – 5 clients/class with focus on back care, core stability, stretching and mobility.

3. TRY A YOGA CLASS ON US!

Curious about YOGA? Our classes are small with a maximum of 8 clients/class.   You will benefit from individual attention, corrections and valuable knowledge about yoga, lifestyle and health.

If you are new to Yoga start with our HATHA and EASY FLOW classes.
