Interview with Brian Vosburgh

We caught up with Brian Vosburgh, who has purchased and lives with his wife on the ground floor of 5099 Springs Boulevard. He is extremely pleased with the quality of construction and likes the fact that he is no more than 30 minutes to downtown Vancouver and even closer to the Airport and US border. With our golf course opening this past August, he has landed a job as a Player’s Assistant, which he really enjoys. He really has found his perfect match here at Tsawwassen Springs.

What do you enjoy most about living here?

B.V.: We like the fact that we are no more than 30 minutes to downtown Vancouver and even closer to the Airport or US Border–very convenient. The development is progressing nicely and we are extremely pleased with the quality of construction and all the thought and effort that has gone into the homes.

How about the home itself?

The fit and finish of the condos are outstanding–high quality materials and craftsmanship. Any concerns we have had have been addressed immediately and in a very professional manner.

Tell me about your experience as a Player’s Assistant for the Tsawwassen Springs Golf Course?

I have been fortunate to be able to be a Players’ Assistant on the Golf Course. This allows me to meet a great group of new people and to lend my experience to those new to the course, helping out with directions, finding wayward golf balls, raking traps and fixing ball marks on the greens. I try to look at myself as a steward of the course and want to ensure everyone has a great experience on a well-maintained facility.

That’s great. What would be your favorite hole?

My personal favorite hole is #6–I like the way the fairway is well tree lined giving it good definition.

What do you like about the course?

The course itself is a lot harder than one thinks–do not be fooled by the fact it is only around 5600 yards. You have to think your way around it–good course management and every club in your bag come into play.

Our overall experience here at Tsawwassen Springs has been nothing but positive and I would highly recommend living here.
