CORE POWER & FLEXIBILITY: Strengthen core and tone abdominals with this hybrid-training program. A medley of bosu, yoga and pilates inspired movements will leave you feeling strong and invigorated. Improve posture, flexibility and overall muscle tone. 40 minutes.
POWER HOIST-CIRCUIT TRAINING: Lively, dynamic circuit training, on the HOIST selectorized series. Intervals of cardio and resistance training, designed to improve lean muscle mass and improve cardiovascular capacity. 35 Minutes.
HIGH PERFORMANCE FAT BURN: This high-intensity, fast-paced Tabata-style training focuses on: aerobic training, strength work and core conditioning. This is a full body fat-blasting class that will challenge and motivate you! 45 Minutes.
WOMEN with WEIGHTS: Women’s only class, suitable for all ages. This 40 Minute resistance-training program is custom designed just for women. Learn correct form, technique and timing. Increase lean muscle mass to boost metabolism!
SENIORS STRENGTH TRAINING: Designed especially for seniors! Increase bone density, muscle tone and overall strength. Suitable for beginners and all levels of fitness. 40 Minutes
PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS

Give us 30 to 60 minutes a few days each week and our staff of certified Personal Trainers will show you how to reshape your body permanently.
