Construction Update | January 2021

Talisman Homes is nearing the end of construction at Tsawwassen Springs with the last 10 Houses under construction. 4920 Cedar Springs Drive has a sky-high ceiling with windows letting in light, this opens up the entire room as you enter into the kitchen. The casita is an excellent space for an office space, guest room or home gym. Our crews are trying to keep the streets as clean as we can. Please be patient with us when construction vehicles are making their way down the road.

 

Welcome to the 2021 Golf season!

We hear it all the time, if you are going to play winter golf anywhere in the Lower Mainland, make it Tsawwassen Springs.  With our superior drainage system, even if the previous day brought a large amount of rain, our fairways will be the driest in the area.  Plus our greens will always be smooth and fast which makes for a great day on the links. Our winter rates will remain the same through to the end of February.  If you haven’t bought your Springs Card, come by the to get one! With your Springs Card, your winter green fees will only be $38 during the week ($32 for seniors 60 & up), and $40 on the weekend, with twilight rates beginning at 1pm. If you only have time to hit a bucket, don’t forget about our heated and covered driving range to get a kick start on the 2021 season.

December Construction Update

We have ten houses left to finish off Phase 9, this includes the corner rancher on Springs Boulevard and Cedar Springs Drive. We are aiming to have the siding in the last five houses finished before the new year, and equipped for the winter to work on the interiors.

Lot 163, the first large home to finish in the cul-de-sac has all cabinetry and engineered hardwood installed. Appliances to arrive soon, to complete the look of the home
