All clients begin with our Jumpstart Program where we begin with an assessment; we learn about your goals; and give you an amazing experience with Pilates, CoreAlign and Fascial Conditioning.
After completion of the Jumpstart Program join our small group classes. Choose from over 50 classes per week Monday thru Sunday.

Try a complimentary FASCIAL CONDITIONING Class and restore your ease of movement, energy and sleep deeper.

Inspired by Pilates, barre and dance, this will be an intense workout using small controlled movements and full body exercises to create a well-rounded workout.
Class time: Sundays 3:30—4:30 & Thursdays 8—9 pm

Erase pain and tension in your hands, feet, neck, and low back brought on by everyday stress, overuse, and age. This simple self-treatment can make your whole body feel better and provide relief from neck and low back pain, arthritis, bunions, plantar fasciitis, and carpal tunnel syndrome.
Come to a MELT Hand and Foot Treatment Intro Workshop and discover how the connective tissue in your body gets dehydrated, the common aches and pains it can cause, and how to rehydrate this essential system in our bodies for vibrant health and pain-free movement.

WOMEN ON WEIGHTS
Know you should add weight training to your fitness regime but don’t know what to do? Build stronger bones, improve muscle mass, improve posture and get it done. Join Joan Littlejohn for a fun, functional and lively hour while you get stronger and gain confidence with weights.
Suitable for clients with osteoporosis or osteopenia and arthritis.
Max 6 clients.
