Erase pain and tension in your hands, feet, neck, and low back brought on by everyday stress, overuse, and age. This simple self-treatment can make your whole body feel better and provide relief from neck and low back pain, arthritis, bunions, plantar fasciitis, and carpal tunnel syndrome.

MELT ROLLER SERIES

Learn MELT techniques for the entire body on the MELT roller to get you out of and stay out of chronic pain and stiffness. Each week you will learn different MELT maps to hydrate your connective tissue, reduce chronic pain, sleep better and have more energy that you can do at home.

YOGA FOR RESTORING THE NERVOUS SYSTEM

Friday Nov. 29 from 1:00pm – 4:00pm
Yoga can increase flexibility & strength, improve balance, and enhance mental clarity. The techniques practiced in yoga can also strengthen & regulate the nervous system. This 3-hour workshop will include lecture, a work book and gentle, all-levels therapeutic yoga practices. Students will learn body-based practices, to support the nervous system, manage stress & regulate mood. Beginners are welcome.
